Activity Bank
Add an activity once, with its risk assessment and logistics attached, then reuse it week after week. This list is saved in the database and shared by everyone at this site.
An activity marked “Needs risk assessment” can still be saved as a draft, but the risk assessment must be finished before it goes into a live week. That is a Team Leader call — the tool does not block it.
Add a New Activity
Venue or activity photos only — never a photo of a person.
Each site gets its own separate copy. Editing or removing one does not change the others.
Build the Weeks
Pick one activity per day, then add who is attending using de-identified codes. Move forward or back as many weeks as you like — there is no end date. Everything saves as you type.
Published Calendar
What families and support workers see for the week you are viewing.
Family Summaries
A week-ahead summary for each person attending, built from the days you have scheduled. Nothing sends automatically.
Test mode is on. Every summary opens addressed to the test address only — nothing reaches a family.
